Pick-up. For will-call Orders, Client agrees to return to A2Z Party Rentals Items by the agreed return date (“pick-up” date on Order) or be responsible for all pick-up charges. If the Order includes delivery and pick-up, Client agrees to provide a secure storage location and Client accepts all risk including damage to and liability relative to Rental Items for a reasonable period of time until the Rental Items are picked up by A2Z Party Rentals. If additional pickups are needed, a delivery surcharge may be assessed.

Delivery Charges are determined by distance traveled and include delivery and pickup, each within a three-hour window, during normal business hours:
Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
Local Minimum Delivery Charges start at $25 for Irvine and immediate surroundings. For deliveries and pickups outside of Orange county, please call for Delivery Charges.

Delivery Charges for the following circumstances and types of events are determined on a case-by- case basis. Please call for pricing:
Deliveries/Pickups outside of Orange County
Deliveries/Pickups involving barges or ferries
Large Deliveries/Pickups requiring multiple trucks
Deliveries/Pickups involving overnight stays for A to Z Party Rentals personnel
Deliveries/Pickups with large distance between equipment drop-off/pick- up location
