A to Z Party Rentals

Delivery, Will Call & Fees

Pick-up. For will-call Orders, Client agrees to return to A2Z Party Rentals Items by the agreed return date (“pick-up” date on Order) or be responsible for all pick-up charges. If the Order includes delivery and pick-up, Client agrees to provide a secure storage location and Client accepts all risk including damage to and liability relative to Rental Items for a reasonable period of time until the Rental Items are picked up by A2Z Party Rentals. If additional pickups are needed, a delivery surcharge may be assessed.

Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm

At A2Z Party Rentals, we make it our number one priority to get you what you need, where you need it, when you need it. We understand the time sensitivity of this business and have positioned ourselves to serve your needs with quicker response time and a commitment to make your event perfect.

Delivery Charges are determined by distance traveled and include delivery and pickup, each within a three-hour window, during normal business hours:

Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

Local Minimum Delivery Charges start at $25 for Irvine and immediate surroundings. For deliveries and pickups outside of Orange county, please call for Delivery Charges.
After Hours and Additional Charges:

» Specific Time Delivery/Pickup $100
(Delivery/Pickup at a specific time rather than within standard 3-hour window)

Rush Delivery

New order placed and delivered same day.
» 8 am to 5pm $75
» after 5 pm $150

Add-on Delivery

Items added to existing order on day of delivery requiring 2nd delivery.
» 8 am to 5 pm 50% of original delivery charge
» After 5 pm $75

Upper Floor Delivery/Pickup via stairs $35/floor

Pre-arranged, delivery 2nd floor & higher when no elevator available.

Holiday Delivery/Pickup $500

Holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 7 pm, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve after 7 pm, New Year’s Day.

Delivery Charges for the following circumstances and types of events are determined on a case-by- case basis. Please call for pricing:
Deliveries/Pickups outside of Orange County
Deliveries/Pickups involving barges or ferries
Large Deliveries/Pickups requiring multiple trucks
Deliveries/Pickups involving overnight stays for A to Z Party Rentals personnel
Deliveries/Pickups with large distance between equipment drop-off/pick- up location
